Account Registration

1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility

To register and play on tkgm, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. tkgm does not permit anyone under 18 to register, deposit, or play under any circumstances.

  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a tkgm employee or contractor.

3 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one tkgm account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances being forfeited.

When registering your tkgm account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If your contact details change, update them in your account settings or contact support.

  • Your username and password are personal to you. Do not share them with anyone.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your tkgm account.
  • If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact tkgm support immediately.
  • tkgm will never contact you to ask for your password. Any such request is fraudulent.
  • Two-factor authentication is available and strongly recommended for all tkgm accounts.

tkgm uses industry-standard encryption to protect your account data. Your personal and payment information is stored securely and never shared with unauthorised third parties.

4 Deposits

tkgm accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your tkgm wallet instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

The following rules apply to all deposits on tkgm:

5 Withdrawals

tkgm processes withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Withdrawals are typically processed the same day. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

  • Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
  • Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. tkgm does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
  • Funds received as a deposit bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
  • Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
  • tkgm reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing large withdrawals. This may extend processing time.
  • In cases of suspected fraud or terms violation, tkgm may withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation.

Most withdrawals on tkgm are processed within a few hours. If your withdrawal has not arrived within 24 hours, contact support with your withdrawal reference number and the support team will investigate immediately.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

tkgm offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

  • All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The specific requirement is stated clearly in the offer details. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
  • Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the offer. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period.
  • tkgm reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Players who attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using bots, or exploiting game mechanics — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.
  • Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, and per device.
  • tkgm may require identity verification before releasing bonus winnings.

Bonus abuse is taken seriously at tkgm. Any account found to be systematically exploiting promotions will be permanently closed and all associated balances forfeited, regardless of whether the activity was technically within the stated rules.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on tkgm use certified random number generation (RNG) systems that are independently audited on a regular basis. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by tkgm, the game provider, or any player.

Each game on tkgm has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet. tkgm is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

  • Bets placed and accepted are final. tkgm does not reverse bets after a game round has begun.
  • In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player's wallet.
  • The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game represents the theoretical long-term average and does not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.
  • Live dealer game results are final once the dealer has announced the outcome. Disputes must be raised with support within 24 hours.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tkgm. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with tkgm games or the platform in a way not intended for human players.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in card games such as Tongits Go.
  • Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in tkgm's platform or games. Any such issues must be reported to support immediately.

tkgm actively monitors for prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. Accounts found in violation will be closed without warning and relevant information may be shared with law enforcement authorities where required.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

tkgm reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement.

  • If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified by email. The investigation will be completed as quickly as possible, typically within 5 business days.
  • If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
  • If you wish to close your own tkgm account voluntarily, contact support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.
  • Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Responsible Gaming
